Lots of little refinements in the latest Big Mail build.

One I'm quite happy with is the Smartbox editor now warns you of 'impossible' combinations. And a bit like Xcode, gives you a one tap fix.

Now hopefully for a few less support emails 😅

Fewer emails. Always fewer emails.

@phill the irony of an email app maker hoping to get fewer emails is not lost on me

… and as a former (failed) e-mail app maker, I sympathize 😅

@phill If you’ve answered my bug report with a satisfactory answer, would you prefer a short “got it, thanks” response, or no response at all?

@nmn ha, either is fine! I usually take no reply as a reply anyways 😛

@nmn quick q actually: did the duplicated Smartboxes go away?

@phill So, weirdly enough, I only saw the issue on iOS 16 and not iOS 17. (I have two phones)

I still see the double mailboxes on my iOS 16 phone. But a separate bug, which prevented me from deleting smart boxes has been fixed (on both OSs) and I’m able to delete the duplicates on my iOS 16 phone.

If I see duplicates again, I’ll let you know. The current duplicates are probably the result of the earlier bug.

@phill Update: not a duplicate, but one of the default mailboxes added itself to my Home Screen. Sent report, screenshot and logs already.

@nmn thanks for the extra info, that's really helpful. I'm guessing something is going awry with BMO syncing.

I'll try and recreate and get back to you.
