@phill wondering what you use to record/edit your short app clips on the Big Mail site?

@bardi http://screen.studio + Final Cut. For the most part SS is pretty decent, but sometimes the exports aren't great and need fixing up.
@bardi Yeah pretty much. iMovie would probably get you there too.
@phill it’s me again. Finally got around to trying it out. What did you actually use to run the app in, so that you can get a clean video capture (i.e. no desktop background spillage and only phone chrome)?
@bardi hello you. I captured the simulator window. You then need to crop and mask it in the editor. You can save a preset for the mask but it'll forget the crop each time.
I think they're working on actual device capture, but until then...have fun!
@phill sweet. So, to be clear, is the Final Cut usage mainly (only?) to compensate for the sometimes not great exports?
